Jellico Community Hospital is pleased to announce that Kaye Marantette, RN, BSN, MSN, has joined the hospital’s leadership team as new Chief Nursing Officer, effective May 31, 2016.
“Kaye is committed to high quality, compassionate care, and patient safety,” said Kim Dowell, CEO, Jellico Community Hospital. “She brings strong clinical and operational leadership experience to our executive team as we continue to grow and serve the community.”
Before coming to Jellico, Marantette was Administrative Supervisor at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, Tenn. Her experience also includes Care Manager at Choices in Senior Care, Knoxville, Tenn., Nurse Specialist, Interventional Radiology at the University of Tennessee Medical Center-Knoxville, and Director of ED/ICU at Norton Community Hospital, Norton, Va. She began her healthcare career as a staff nurse in various positions at Harlan Appalachian Regional Healthcare in Harlan, Ky. Marantette holds Masters’ and Bachelors’ degrees in Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Ind.
